March 5, 2007 (Sawf News) – Whilst his estranged wife, Britney Spears, struggles through another weekend at rehab, Kevin Federline spent his time partying in Las Vegas.
Federline arrived in Vegas on Saturday accompanied by his two infants sons with Britney, his monther, a nanny and two bodyguards, reports People quoting sources.
Federline made a scheduled appearance at Revolution in The Mirage Hotel and Casino, accompanied by his brother, sister-in-law and several friends.
Federline’s friends enjoyed a few drinks as a well-behaved K-Fed smoked and downed a shot when the DJ played some of his songs. He also casually flirted with some of the beautiful waitresses and was seen taking photos with the club’s dancers before leaving around 03.45.
"Kevin was really low key," one source says. "You could definitely tell he was on his best behavior. He was having a good time, but wasn't the wild, crazy Kevin who used to come to Vegas."
His estranged wife, Britney Spears, spent a less enjoyable weekend as she still battles her demons at the Promises rehab centre in Malibu.
Spears is apparently finding it tough and her progress is troubling those close to her. A friend of the family has told Us magazine that Spears’ family “hope that Britney will stay at Promises for a month, but they're nervous she might not last that long.”
Spears has not left the facility since Thursday, when she went to a friend’s apartment to pick up some clothes that were bought for her from the Intuition boutique.
Her cousin Alli has also provided some support to the troubled pop princess. She stayed over at Promises Friday night and visited on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Earlier today it was reported that Spears had tried to hang herself with a bed sheet, after writing the number 666 on her shaved head. She is also said to have run around the rehab facility screaming “I am the Anti-Christ.”
It seems that Spears still has a long time to go and friends and family hope she will be strong enough to get through her rehab.
