She also appears to have softened her stand on Annie Leibovitz, who shot her photos, after having earlier alluded that she was pressurized by the renowned celebrity photographer to doff her clothes.
Speaking to Scotland's Daily Record about the Vanity Fair shoot, Miley says:
"Everyone outside of America liked it a little bit more because that's more like the style, but the States are really conservative,"
"[I] guess I just had to deal with that and just realize that I got to work with an amazing photographer."
The Hannah Montana star now feels inspired by Leibovitz and says she is ready to take up photography.
"That's what I want to do with my life," she says. "I would love to be a photographer. She[Leibovitz] was amazing and so talented and her lighting… I would love to work with her again. But I realize I'm just a kid."
Miley, 16, wants to stay with her parents for now and look after them when they grow old.
As to when she will be ready to move out of her parent's house, she says:
"Maybe when I am 20. When my mom stops cooking for me. As soon as my mom stops making me food then I'm out. My sister lived at home until she went to college at 18 and she says, 'Oh, I wish I'd stayed at home a little longer.' My brother's 19 and he's still at home so I think I want to stay until 20 or 21."
