November 21, 2008, (Sawf News) - In an unscheduled ex-parte hearing on her conservatorship case, Britney Spears appraised a California family court of her plans to go on a world tour.
Britney wanted to run her plans to promote her new album Circus by the court to ensure they did not conflict with the conservatorhip. The court's response to her intent is not known, since the hearing was closed.
According to TMZ, Britney appeared to have spent time alone with Commissioner Reva Goetz in her chambers.
Britney's father and conservator, Jamie Spears, accompanied her to the court.
