An all of 20 1/2 inches long, Bronx weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz.
"Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!" a spokesperson told People.
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Monday, Jessica Simpson said her sister was considering inducing labor. "I think she's really just jumping around trying everything right now" to get the baby out.
Ashlee, 24, married Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, 29, on May 17, 2008. The couple announced on Fall Out Boy's official website that they were expecting their first child, and Ashlee had completed her first trimester.
