Miley wore a grey crew neck statement tee under a red plaid double breasted shawl collar Wet Seal vest paired with black J Brand fitted jeans.
She accessorized with her trademark supersized Stephen Webster hoop earrings and very stylish mid calf length pull-on Dolce Vita boots with subtle glimmer of a metallic grain and thick black patent leather straps that have metal buckles, curvaceously wrap around the shaft.
Her long tri-colored hair cascaded down her shoulders, styled partly in vertical waves and partly straight.
Miley, who has been frequently seen with Justin Gaston, 20, on chaperoned dates, says the model and aspiring country singer is a "really great friend" and she and her family have an open mind on the relationship blossoming into something more.
Speaking on Ryan Seacrest's morning show on KIIS FM, Miley said, "I just think right now everything is really good. He's been a really great friend more than anything."
The platinum edition of Miley's second album Breakout is due out on November 18. It will feature a song titled Hovering by Miley and her half brother Trace Cyrus.
Breakout was released on July 22.
