October 09, 2008, (Sawf News) - Angelina Jolie and partner Brad Pitt are hands on parents with professional and humanitarian commitments that force them to frequently jet across the globe, something that can be exhausting enough when you are all by yourself and overwhelming with six children.
Two of the children are barely three month old twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline!
So how does the globe hopping nomadic couple manage it?
Jolie tells the German edition of Vanity Fair that Brad Pitt makes it a breeze.
Speaking about their recent visit to the US from their current base in Germany, Jolie said, "After the flight from Europe we were all suffering a bit from jetlag. Although we went to bed early, [the kids] were up at 4:30 a.m. goofing around."
"Brad took care of things. He just said, 'Go back to sleep, you have to work tomorrow,' and then went to the living room with the kids. He's an amazing father: totally devoted," she added.
Jolie admits that bringing up twins is a challenge saying, "We're exhausted a lot, because it's twice as hard with two babies than with one."
"But it's twice as much fun, too," she adds.
"When you look at them, it's like they were made for each other," she explains. "They smile at each other, sniff each other, touch each other. It's just beautiful."
"They're totally sweet. They already have completely different personalities. Knox is more the quiet one, very relaxed, while Viv is a little more aggressive and loud."
Asked whom the twins look like, Jolie says, "It's funny. Knox looks more like Brad and Viv more like me."
