Her smoky eye makeup and pink lip color was complimentary to her dark brown long hair set in vertical waves that draped her shoulders with bangs covering her forehead.

The fans were let into the park around 6 pm for the Miley's Sweet 16 -- Share the Celebration party, which lasted until 11 pm.
