Hilton, 26, made the remark speaking on Ryan Seacrest's morning show on 107.4 KIIS FM.
"Imagine being a politician. Every waking moment someone is trying to tear you down. It would make me crazy," Ryan remarked speaking about the presidential campaign.
"I am used to it. If I was president I could definitely handle it," Paris said with remarkable assurance.
"Maybe you can make an announcement," Ryan challenged light heartedly.
Hilton giggled in response.
In the spoof video uploaded on Funnyordie.com in early August, Paris declared herself as a Presidential candidate with Rihanna as her running mate.
