© AFP/Getty Images/File Amanda EdwardsSeptember 19, 2008 (Sawf News) - Heather Mills has filed a law suit in a London court "seeking damages for libel" from Michelle Elyzabeth, Mills' former PR, who walked out on her in July terming her "a witch."
Elyzabeth, told The News of the World, "Heather is a calculating, pathological liar and the biggest bitch on the planet."
"There has been so much rubbish written about Heather recently that she hopes getting lawyers involved will end it," a source told Pagesix.
A rep for Mills confirmed the suit but had "no comment."
The last time Mills went to court, to seek a divorce settlement from former husband Paul McCartney, she made herself a cool $48 million.
