September 18, 2008 (Sawf News) - "A man's best friend is his dog" goes the old saying, and for Nick Jonas, who turned 16 on Tuesday, September 16, that would be Elvis, the golden retriever that his family gifted to him for his birthday.
Nick named the pup after two of his favorite musicians, Elvis Costello and Elvis Presley, reports People.
Despite a very tight schedule, he stole time to take Elvis out for a walk on Tuesday.
The Jonas Brothers are currently wrapping the filming of their 3-D concert movie that features Taylor Swift and will premiere on February 22, 2009.
They are next scheduled to star in a new Disney Channel's TV series.
"It's going to be about us as a band but dealing with normal things like trying to take out the trash and not get hounded by fans," Joe Jonas tells ELLEgirl magazine about the as-yet untitled series. "It's going to be a funny show, and it's going to be a great cast."
