The Disney star was her usual photog friendly self, readily smiling for the cameras. She graciously fed the parking meter for Tish, presumably from the $300 a month allowance that she gets from her Momager, despite having earned $18.2 million in 2007.

Photo Credit: Richard Beetham / Splash NewsMiley's ease when facing the cameras was praised recently by veteran video director Brett Ratner, who shot the video for '7 Things' which earned Miley a nomination for Best New Artiste at the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards, which air live on September 7.

"It was the hardest video I've ever edited because every moment was great," he told MTV News. "Every moment that she was on camera, she was amazing. She's got an incredible quality about her. She gets the camera, and that's what it takes to make a great music video."
Ratner, who has worked with the likes of Madonna, Mariah Carey, Diddy, Jessica Simpson and Wu-Tang Clan similarities between Miley and Madonna.
"She reminded me a lot of Madonna," Ratner said. "And I hate saying that, but what I mean is, like Madonna, she can be hanging out and laughing, and then you put the camera on her and it's like, 'Holy sh--!' "
Miley's sophomore album Break Out, which was released on July 22, 2008, has slipped to #4 position after having peaked at #1.
She is currently filming for season 3 of Hannah Montana, which will probably be her last season. After wrapping up filming for it she hopes to do a tour in support of her new album.
