Federline and Jackson relaxed by the poolside at TAO on Friday afternoon, August 22, and later spent time in Federline's private cabana along with both their parents and other friends and family.
In the evening, Federline joined Jackson at a party hosted by her to celebrate her 32nd birthday (September 4) at Blush Night Club inside the Wynn Las Vegas resort and casino.
Federline has two children each with Spears and Jackson. While he has sole custody of his two children with Spears - Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2 - he shares custody of his two children with Jackson - Kori Madison, 6, and Kaleb Michael, 4.
Kaleb, was born after Federline left Shar to begin dating Britney.
Under a recent custody settlement, Britney pays Federline $20,000 every month for the upkeep of the children.
