She talked about "a certain someone" that upset her into writing 7 Things and described what her ideal date would be like.
Miley stopped short of admitting that the album song 7 Things referred to Nick Jonas saying simply that "It's about a certain someone that I am upset with."
When asked if she is still upset, Miley said, "Now I am kind of over it."
It's been seven months since the break up she explained.
Miley says she has been asked out for dates but isn't into anybody as yet, because she has been too busy with her work. Hinting at her heartbreak Miley said she "needs to meet new people"
The 15-year-old Hannah Montana star described her ideal date as someone around 17-year-old with dark hair, preferably tall, who likes Coldplay and plays the guitar.
Admitting that the description would fit a lot of boys, Miley claimed that she is not picky but her Mom would also weigh in on her choice.
"My Mom is kind of weird because at one point she will like someone and then she will just not like them any more. She is kind of hard to please," she joked.
"She doesn't like my taste of guys. She says I have terrible tastes," she added.
"She never thinks the boys I pick are cute."
