Jolie left the hospital a week after giving birth to twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline by caesarean section on Saturday, July 12.
Only a few journalists were present when Jolie left at 4 am and even they did not see her make her getaway through an emergency exit at the back of the hospital.
Meanwhile the bidding frenzy for Jolie's first photos with the twins has heightened with magazines bidding between $11 million to $20 million for exclusive rights, all of which will go to a charity of Jolie and partner Brad Pitt's choice.
The price commanded by the twins makes it appear as if their elder sibling Shiloh, whose first photos fetched a mere $4 million in June 2006, was born in the stone age of celebrity madness.
