Photo Credit: Splash NewsJuly 18, 2008 (Sawf News) - Oscar nominee Salma Hayek and her businessman fiancé, Francois-Henri Pinault, parents of 10-month-old baby, Valentina, have called off their engagement.
"We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been canceled," Hayek's rep said in a statement to USA Today. "There will be no further comment."
Hayek, 41, met Pinault, 45, in Venice in May 2006 but kept their relationship low key. The two announced their engagement and Hayek's pregnancy in March 2007.
Valentina is the first child for Hayek; Pinault has two children from a previous marriage.
