The Sun, recently obtained a video of Amy snorting a substance in a DJ booth.
The troubled singer continues her inexorable tailspin into what her father, Mitch, believes is oblivion.
Speaking to Sky, the distraught cab driver from North London said:
"My biggest fear is that she will die."
Amy, 24, recently admitted to taking drugs even while in rehab.
She was hospitalized for 10 days, after she collapsed on June 14, and was diagnosed with lung scarring that could lead to emphysema.
If there is someone who needs a conservatorship more than Britney ever did it has got to be Amy.
