The Friends star, who was greeted by dozens of fans and photographers, was quickly escorted into a waiting Limo by her bodyguards.
Aniston, 39, saw Mayer, 29, perform at Hard Rock Calling Festival in London's Hyde Park on Saturday, and snapped pictures of him from backstage.
As Mayer stepped off the stage after completing his set, Jen wrapped her arms around his neck.
Also on Saturday, the two dined at Tuscan restaurant, La Famiglia, and were seen exchanging a hug in the back seat of their car.
Last week, on Monday, June 23, Aniston spent time with Mayer in Amsterdam after his performance there on Sunday. She was in the city to promote her film Marley & Me at the 2008 Cinema Expo, along with costar Owen Wilson.
Mayer left for the UK Tuesday afternoon, and Aniston followed him there on Wednesday in a private jet.
Mayer will be back in the US after completing his 10 night European tour early next month. Aniston, was romantically linked with Mayer when the two were spotted together at Michael's restaurant in Miami, Florida, on April 25. Since then they have been seen together frequently and Aniston has introduced Mayer to her close friends, Courtney Cox and her husband David Arquette. The couples have double dated on an occasion.
