Alba recently made the surprising assertion that she had not received any offers.
"I haven't really gotten any (offers) - not that I'm aware of. You have to understand, everything that is written is kind of bull," she told the New York Daily News.
However, magazine insiders contest Alba's claim. They told MSN's Scoop that not only have offers been made but Alba has been kept in the loop; Us Weekly, OK! magazine and People are in the running.
"She is part of the talks, I don't know why she'd go out and say that," an insider told Scoop.
Alba's rep, Brad Cafarelli, cleared the picture, saying, "While several publications have expressed interest in photos, Jessica and Cash have not entertained any specific offers, nor was it something they wished to commit to before the baby was born."
Alba and Warren were blessed with their first child - Honor Marie Warren at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on June 7.
