She was accompanied by her father Jamie Spears and a female friend, besides her chauffeur and bodyguard.
A relaxed and happy Britney readily laughed as Jason shared some jokes. The pair seemed very comfortable together. They sat in a private VIP booth and stayed for 1/2 hour.

Britney and Jason appear to have grown fond of each other during their recent three day vacation in Costa Rica starting May 16.
