Denise Richards was at MTV's Total Request Live at their Times Square Studios, NYC, on Wednesday, May 20, to promote her new TV show - 'Denise Richards: It's Complicated'.
Richards, 37, has been doing the media rounds to promote the new reality show that features her with her two daughters - Sam Sheen,4, and Lola Rose Sheen,2,
Richards was dressed in a short empire waist halter dress with large paisley print and a brown safari hat. Her long blond tresses draped her shoulders. She wore brown denim Christian Louboutin peep toe platforms, showing off her pixie tattoo on her left ankle. She accessorized with colorful beads on her neck and bracelets.

Richard once again raked up her nasty spat with former husband Charlie Sheen on Wednesday morning, May 21, while appearing on Today show.
Matt Lauer asked her to comment on the email reportedly sent by her to Sheen's fiancée Brooke Mueller, after her divorce with Sheen was finalized, requesting a sperm donation from Sheen to enable her to have another baby of his.
"That e-mail is not legitimate," Richards responded. "It's a doctored e-mail. I would never send an e-mail to his ... girlfriend, and, at the time of that e-mail, I was with Richie [Sambora]. If I wanted anybody's sperm, I'd have asked for Richie's."
However, a friend of Sheen told People that Denise and Sambora broke up in mid-March while the email was dated April 3.
"Richie and Denise were absolutely not together then," the friend says. "If you're going to lie, at least get a calendar to keep the dates straight."

Charlie who had been tipped about Richard's appearance on the show issued the following statement that Lauer read out after Denise declared the email a fake.
"Her claims that her e-mail has been fabricated or altered in any way to create this story are absurd. The mere fact the she continues to publicly discuss and harass both Brooke and me three years after our separation which, for the record is longer than the actual length of the marriage, is beyond desperate and speaks volumes."
The show premieres on Monday, May 26, (10 p.m. ET/PT) on E! while the remaining eight episodes will air on regular time slot: Sundays, 10 p.m. ET/PT.
