Maloof, Jr., owner of the Sacramento Kings, the Sacramento Monarchs, and the Palms Hotel and Casino in Nevada .
The cozy, boutique Italian restaurant specializes in authentic contemporary cuisine, some of which we are sure Britney sampled, and an extensive regional Italian wine list, all of which we hope she studiously avoided.
