"She looked happy but nervous," a source told People.
The couple was casually dressed. Jessica, whose baby girl is due in early June, was dressed in a long blue dress with her hair pulled back in a pony tail. Warren wore a white shirt and brown pants.
Jessica and Cash, arrived at the courthouse around 11:30AM, applied for a marriage license, waited around 40 minutes for the paperwork processing before they were married by a courthouse official.
The couple started dating in autumn 2004, after having met on the set of Fantastic Four, where Cash was working as a director's assistant.
The two announced their engagement and Jessica's pregnancy in December. Shortly thereafter, they bought a new house in the Beverly Hills.
