Police escorted a pesky photog out of the stadium during the Florida Marlins game, after he repeatedly came too close to Jennifer Aniston, who had just completed filming a scene with Owen Wilson for her forthcoming film 'Marley & Me'.

May 3, 2008 (Sawf News) - Police escorted a pesky photog out of the stadium during the Florida Marlins game, after he repeatedly came too close to Jennifer Aniston, who had just completed filming a scene with Owen Wilson for her forthcoming film Marley & Me.

The photog was later let off without any charges being filed.

According to CBS4, the police warned the reporter several times to maintain his distance before escorting him out.
