Photo Credit: Splash NewsMay 1, 2008 (Sawf News) - Miley Cyrus has dropped out of her first public engagement since the Vanity Fair photos controversy - A network media party hosted by Disney for stars and execs in town to film the 2008 Disney Channel Games, on Friday, May 2.
She will, however, still perform at a televised concert Saturday night to mark the end of the week long charity event, at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.
The concert, which airs in July, will also feature the Jonas Brothers, The Cheetah Girls, Demi Lovato and Jordan Pruitt.
