Photo Credit: PR PhotosApril 30, 2008 (Sawf News) - A second former nanny, Laura Boyce, has filed a counter suite against actor Rob Lowe and his wife for sexual harassment and wrongful termination on Wednesday, April 30.
A similar lawsuit was filed earlier by former nanny Jessica Gibson.
Both the lawsuits are in response to a preemptive lawsuit filed by Rob Lowe against three former employees, including Laura and Jessica, claiming they were planning to extort money from him.
Jessica had accused Rob of repeatedly exposing himself in front of her and inappropriately touching her. No details of the lawsuit filed by Laura are available.
Laura is being represented by high profile Los Angeles lawyer Gloria Allred, who is also representing Jessica.
Gloria told People, "The details of the lawsuit will speak for itself."
Rob Lowe's attorney Larry Stein, who has not seen the lawsuit, declined to comment.
