April 18, 2008 (Sawf News) - They have yet to acknowledge their 'secret' wedding in New York on April 4, but Beyoncé and Jay-Z reportedly squabbled like a married couple at the Hollywood Bowl in LA.
Jay-Z came on stage at the event to support Barack Obama, and after speaking his mind on President Bush decided to enliven the proceedings by rapping to a few songs.
The lovers tiff occurred when the DJ started to play Beyoncé's Crazy In Love, and Jay-Z, choosing valor over discretion, grabbed the mic and yelled: "[Bleep] that. Sorry Bey but [Bleep] that - let's play something else."
Bey, was apparently not amused.
"When Jay-Z got the song pulled, her mood soured. He meant it as a joke, but Beyoncé didn't take it that way," an eyewitness told Mirror.
"After he came off stage, she confronted him, demanding to know what the hell his comments had been about. She was gesturing wildly and not looking happy," the witness adds.
Jay-Z placated his wife with apologies and compliments.
"Later peace was restored and they were smiling and holding hands again."
"It's a shame because earlier the pair had been flashing their tattooed wedding ring fingers. Both have 'IV' - the date of their wedding' - inked on."
