Brad's rep told OK! she had "no idea" if the report is true or not.
A source close to the couple told People there was "no wedding."
However, Star editor-in-chief Candace Trunzo told the Daily News, "We talked to someone who was there. It was at the French Quarter Wedding Chapel."
The Rev. Tony Talavera of the chapel refused to confirm or deny the nuptials, reports Daily News.
<>"No, they did not come in here yesterday and no, they did not get married here," chapel co-owner Lou Ann Talavera told E! News.
Jolie, who is pregnant, reportedly with twins, began dating Brad Pitt, her co-star in Mr. & Mrs. Smith in early 2005.
Jolie and Brad Pitt have four children.

This is the third marriage for Angelina and the second for Brad.
Angelina married British actor Jonny Lee Miller, her co-star in the film Hackers, on March 28, 1996. They separated the following year and subsequently divorced on February 3, 1999. They remain friends.
She then married American actor Billy Bob Thornton, her co-star in the film Pushing Tin, on May 5, 2000. They divorced on May 27, 2003.
Brad married Friends actress Jennifer Aniston on July 29, 2000 in Malibu. The couple filed for divorce on March 25, 2005.
