"They were smooching in the pool and were really lovey dovey," a source told Pagesix.com.
"They were playfully making out and he was kissing her on the neck."
The two were hanging out with friends at the Hilton Kingston hotel, after lunch there, when they decided to take a dip in the pool.
Chris jumped in first while Rihanna went to her room to change into a bikini.
The two R&B singers arrived in Jamaica Friday for Rihanna to perform at the Smile Jamaica Africa Unite Bob Marley celebration in St. Mary.
Rihanna, 20, and Chris, 18, have been seen together frequently but deny they are anything more than good friends.
They got matching star tattoos inked on their necks in January,
Brown surprised Rihanna with a birthday party on her 20th birthday, Wednesday, February 20, at Les Deux in Hollywood.
They were seen together at a post Grammy party where Brown told PEOPLE, "We're just friends ... we hang out."
