21 January 2008 (Sawf News) - Britney Spears' manager, Sam Lutfi, claims the troubled pop star has split with her photog boytoy Adnan Ghalib and obtained a restraining order against him. Adnan, however, claims he is still with Britney but hasn't been seen with her lately because he was in Santa Barbara over the weekend.
Britney invited two x17online photogs into her Beverly Hills house late Saturday night telling them, "Come with me, let's have fun."
However she insisted they leave their cameras outside.
Once inside, she served them champagne and sat with them on the patio smoking cigarettes. Britney's manager Sam Lutfi was with her as was their mutual friend Chad Hardcastle.
During the conversation Sam showed the photogs a copy of the restraining order against Adan and Britney vented that the 35-year-old photog, after winning her trust, 'was making money' off her, tipping off his colleagues as to where the couple would be so that they could get exclusive pictures.
The photogs stayed with Britney for four hours from 2 AM to 6 AM Sunday morning.
Ghalib, 35, however told TMZ that Britney and he are still a couple and he is not aware of any restraining order.
In a statement to his photo agency Finalpixx Ghalib says.
"All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning.
The reason being, that I have had to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears.
The Los Angeles Sheriff's department says no order was issued.
