London, Dec 1 (ANI): Troubled pop artist Amy Winehouse has found a new well-wisher in Eighties pop star Simon Le Bon, who has shown his concern over the singer's shrinking assets.
Le Bon said that he feels sorry for the 24-year-old singer's emaciated body.
"I feel really sorry for Amy Winehouse," the Daily Express quoted him, as saying.
He added: "God, she's a genius, that girl. Why can't someone look after her? I'd like to sit her down, put some warm clothes on her, get her out of her blood-stained rubbish, give her a bath, put some food in her… she's too skinny.
"Even if she doesn't die of a drug overdose, she's going to die of malnutrition. That's what worries me. What happened to those fabulous t*ts?"
The Duran Duran front man, 49, shows a similar approach towards his 22-year-old model wife whom he didn't want to get married to in the first place.
"Well, I didn't think I was going to get married. I was just up for a quick sh*g," he said.
He added, "It turned into something else. The fact that it has lasted just proves that I had the right approach. But honestly, I never thought I'd be up for more than the one night with her." (ANI)
