© AFP/Getty Images/File Kevin WinterWashington, August 31 (ANI): Latest documents from Britney Spears v Kevin Federline hearing have revealed that the troubled singer is loaded and earns an average monthly income of 737,868 dollars.
In a declaration filed on August 26, K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has claimed that the pop tart "is clearly the 'monied party' in this case,” and has asked her to pay some of her ex-husband's legal expenses in their custody hearing.
In the same declaration, Kaplan says that Federline has "no net income" after various expenses, and that his spousal support of 20,000 dollars a month will end in November.
Hence, the attorney has argued that Spears should pay more than 40,000 dollars for Federline's litigation expenses, reports TMZ.
Since February, Spears and Federline have shared custody of their sons, 23-month-old Sean Preston and 11-month-old Jayden James.
A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 17, but an attorney for Spears has requested a continuance until November. (ANI)
