26 Jul 2007 (Sawf News) - Britney's bodyguard roughed up a photog in Vegas Thursday after the photog inadvertently collided with her nearly 2 year old son, Sean Preston. Meanwhile K-Fed is demanding that Britney return to LA with their children, reports Usmagazine.com.
The incident occurred outside the spa of the Wynn resort where Britney is vacationing with her two children.
Britney has filed a crime report on behalf of Sean Preston against the photog, Kyle Henderson alleging battery.
According to Henderson's partner, Britney's bodyguard, Julio "JC" Camera, shoved Henderson in the chest causing Henderson to inadvertently hit toddler Sean Preston. Camera then tackled Henderson to the ground and started to punch him.
Security personnel from Wynn broke up the altercation and called the Las Vegas police.
Sgt. Loretto of the Las Vegas Police Department told Usmagazine.com that Camera has been handed out a citation for misdemeanor battery for attacking Henderson who in turn is being held for investigating Britney's allegation that he first battered both Mr. Camera and her child.
Following the incident, Britney checked out of Wynn 5:30 p.m. local time. It is not clear whether she was asked to leave by the resort or left on her own accord.
As reported earlier, Britney boarded a private plane Wednesday (25 Jul 2007) with her two sons and brother, Bryan, and left for Las Vegas, where she checked into the Wynn resort.
Before leaving LA, she did not inform ex Kevin Federline which maybe a transgression of a California law that forbids either parent to take a child out of state without written permission from the other or a court order.
According to a source close to Federline, “K-Fed is demanding that she get back to Los Angeles because she isn't allowed to have the kids out of state.
"Britney did not have written permission to take the kids out of state. She needs written permission and she never got it or alerted people she was leaving. I'm sure Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is mulling over how to handle this."
