Eddie Murphy and Melanie B. Photo Credit: Sawf NewsWashington, June 5 (ANI): Singer Melanie Brown is apparently leaving no medium to reiterate to the world that her eight-week-old baby girl, Angel, is Murphy’s flesh and blood.
The former Spice Girl, who is locked in a bitter paternity battle with Murphy, recently went shopping for her daughter, and demanded the baby items to be embroidered with the baby’s initials, AIM i.e. Angel Iris Murphy.
Mel went to plush baby boutique Bel Bambini in Beverly Hills and asked for twelve 33 pounds animal print baby blankets to be embroidered with AIM, as well as a 500 pounds pushchair and a 170 pounds high chair.
"Mel was adamant that it was AIM and not AIMB. She wanted it to be Angel Iris Murphy. Not Brown. When we asked if she was sure, she said, 'positive,’” the Mirror quoted the shop spokesperson, as saying.
"Melanie was polite and laughed at the response to her choice of letters,” the spokesperson added.
Meanwhile Mel B is set to take Murphy to court to prove that he is the father of her tot, after he claimed he did not know whose the child was. (ANI)
