Simon Cowell. Photo Credit: TV GrabWashington, May 22 (ANI): Music mogul Simon Cowell has thrown cold water on the suggestions that he may replace actor David Hasselhoff on hit TV show ‘America's Got Talent’, following the leak of a video showing the latter growling abuse at his teenage daughter.
The video was leaked to the media recently, raising concerns that Cowell might cancel the upcoming gig on his U.S. summer (07) variety show.
He, however, has said now that he would never replace Hasselhoff.
"David is one of the kindest most loyal human beings I have ever met in my life and I will stand by David any day of the week," Cowell told in interview with Extra TV.
Cowell even went on to say that he would have put in his papers, if the producers of the show had decided to sack Hasselhoff.
"If he'd gone, I would've gone. We're like that, me and David; he's a loyal friend," he said. (ANI)
