London, May 14 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s comeback plans have taken a bit of a blow with two of the music industry’s biggest names turning him down.

The former King of Pop was desperate to work with Simon Fuller – the man who gave the world the Spice Girls and the Beckhams.

However, naught came of the several meetings Fuller held with Jackson.

The singer then turned to American Idol judge Simon Cowell, only to be turned down with a firm “No thanks”.

A source revealed that the reason why Cowell and Fuller turned down Jackson, was because they were just too busy with TV and music projects

“Both Simons are busy with TV and music projects so are unable to commit to him,” The Sun quoted the source, as saying.

In the meantime, Jacko has been working with Black Eyed Peas’ WILL.I.AM.

He is reportedly planning to release new songs via a music website. (ANI)

I really hope he comes back as he is the epitome of a great entertainer. I don't want him to comeback if he is going to be

an active alleged mollester again.Go figure.

You see i am not blind with this type of stereo types. He is a great singer/dancer but morally bankrupt (as alleged by press)but then so does a lot of stars in Hollywood. As long as we don't change our choices these type of people will still be around and earning millions.

I would have wanted him to stay in seclusion but still wanted to get a glimpse of the Michael jackson talent i grew up with.I would most probably want him in just once a yr special and donate his earnings to orphanages or anywhere there are children in need. He has to pay back...although the mania with his popularity is considered a stolen childhood from him , he knows he had grown up choices of not doing it back with anyone.

I think Michael Jackson will never again be as big as his Thriller album, but then, who could do that? Certainly not today's big stars such as Justin Timberlake and Beyonce Knowles. I think it's been unfair for the media to always label Mikes albums flops because they compare him to his own MASSIVE success. For example, Jackson's Invincible album was widely panned as a flop, but went on to outsell Justin Timberlake's Justified album which was hyped beyond reason.

Jackson has an uphill struggle to get his career on track, but in my eyes he only has to compete to his peers - Prince, Madonna etc - because it's unfair to expect an almost 50 year old man to keep up with the new stars of today. If he can outsell Madonna et al then I will consider his album successful, no matter what the press say.

Go 4 it Michael!! Reclaim your position as king of "whatever you rename yourself"! Make history, again. We live in such a negative world. After you do it people will be silent for a minute. But GOD sees you and that's what is important.

I hope he can make a comeback. He's is 1 of 2 people who in my opinion shaped the music industry forever (his sister Janet is the other one) I think he and Janet need to do some songs, a duet album, and a tour together and show all these wannabes how it's done, and how it is to follow greatness.
