The pop tart appears to be well on her way to rehabilitation. She isn't nocturnal anymore and prefers shopping and red bulls to clubbing and alcohol.
Yesterday, Britney headed out with her cousin yet again to the Sydney Michelle Clothing Boutique at The Shops at Beverly Glen in Bel Air, CA.
She covered her bald head with a brunette wig sporting a Stetson with the words 'Country girl' emblazoned across it. Incredibly enough, she appeared fashion savvy wearing a LBD with pencil healed peep toe pumps.
