Her 30 day rehab stint will end on Thursday, 22 Mar 2007.
According to TMZ the pop diva has literally turned her life around since she entered rehab on 20 Feb 2007. She has also worked out a child custody arrangement with estranged husband Kevin Federline that will become operative when she leaves rehab.
Under the arrangement Kevin and Britney will initially share physical custody of the children 50/50. Later, presumably as Britney proves her credentials as a responsible mother, she will gain primary custody of the children and Kevin will have visitation.
Since Britney entered rehab Kevin has been looking after the children with help from Britney's sister, Jamie Lynn, and her mom Lynne.

Britney will not get better until she realizes that the cause of her problem is bi- pola aggravated by alcohol and drugs. She can't keep on self indulging herself, and for this reason the rehab is a failure.
