Photo Credit: Luis Martinez / Splash News7 March 2007 (Sawf News) - Tom Cruise is so possessive about wife Katie Holmes that he intends to accompany her to Shreveport, Louisiana to be on the sets of her new film Mad Money every day.
A Page Six insider reports, "Tom has called producers and told them he will be on set every day.
"He wants to observe what's going on and will probably help Katie out."
It is likely infant daughter, Suri, will accompany the couple when they move to Shreveport, La for the filming.
According to the insider, Tom does not want Katie to be paired with a male actor.
Katie recently dropped out of The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan-directed sequel to Batman Begins, and some believe it was because of the romantic scenes Katie would have had with Christian Bale.
Instead, she opted to join Queen Latifah and Diane Keaton in Mad Money because it is a female buddy movie.
"Katie's agent, Hylda Queally [at CAA], chose this role for her because it is a female buddy movie. There is no love interest and she wouldn't be kissing anyone or have a sex scene," says the insider.
Jim Acheson, one of the producers of Mad Money, was non committal about Tom’s reported plans to be accompanying Katie. He told Page Six , "I don't know if that's the case, so I can't confirm. We are happy to have both Katie and Tom on set."
He also declined to comment on the script.
A rep for Cruise and Holmes wasn't available for comment.
