28 Feb 2007 (Sawf News) - The Appeals Court ruling earlier today in the Anna Nicole Smith case came as a relief to Howard K Stern, he told Entertainment Tonight for the show that airs tonight.
Justices Barry Stone, Mark Polen and George Shahood of the Fourth District Court of Appeals upheld Judge Larry Seidlin's earlier ruling giving custody of Smith's body to Dannielynn's court-appointed advocate, Richard Milstein.
"I feel very relieved, I feel the court got it right…this is what Anna wanted to be buried next to her son Daniel," said Stern to the show host Mark Steines.
Stern was among those who testified in court last week over Anna Nicole's burial rights. After an appeal from Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole's estranged mother, was denied this week Anna Nicole will finally be buried in the Bahamas as Stern had wanted.
When asked if this came as a closure for him, Stern said, "no its not a closure yet…I'm just relieved for Anna."
It is as yet not clear if Arthur plans to challenge the Appeals Court ruling in the Florida Supreme Court as indicated by her lawyer earlier. Arthur's visit Tuesday to Stern's current residence at Horizons in the Bahamas to see her 5 month grand child Dannielynn may be an indication of a thaw in their relationship.

I can't believe that anyone would question that Anna would want to be buried beside her beloved son. God love Howard for being so good to Anna and I hope he keeps his and Anna's daughter away from that horrible witch of a so called mother Virgie. No wonder Anna was never really happy being burdened with a mother like that.
If Virgie truly loved her daughter she would never have tried to separate her daughter from her darling son. I hope Howard remains strong. Maybe if Anna had had a loving mother who truly cared about her and maybe if Larry had not filed a suit against her when she was so fragile after losing her son , maybe she wouldn't have died.
She was in so much emotional pain. Funny how the 2 people who hurt her the most now say they loved her. I don't think Larry or her mother know the meaning of the word. He was so vicious towards her when she was the most vulnerable she has ever been.
I wonder how many people would have been able to stand the obstacles in life that she had to endure. The only people that I think truly loved her were her son, Howard, Moe, and her personal assistant from her reality show. I hope Howard keeps these people and his family close to him to help him protect his daughter.

I want to send my best wishes to Howard Stern and his daughter. My English is not very good so I have had difficulty understanding all that I see on TV, but I, and the whole world, will have good memories of Anna Nicole Smith. For me it is obvious that they were in love with each other. I am so sad that Howard lost his love, and Anna's son. It is very sad to loose your best friends. I felt that they were very much in love no matter what others may think.

I want to give Howard my utmost support. hang in there and fight with all you got you must keep Dannielynn. she is your daughter. who's to say larry didn't have something to do with Anna's death' that would be the only way he could possibly get custody. please i pray with all my hear larry does not get that beautiful little girl. she is all yours. I hope virgie gets run over by a plow the redneck hillbilly who need to learn proper English. she is the most backward bitch i have ever seen and to think she only wants the money like larry and all their schwag lawyers. they are obviously low class texas farmer types tyey must help pig farmers check out their polyester suits and no damn respect forthe dead what class. go back to the farm virgie and take your toothless clowns. I love your strength and couth and character and class Howard. Get em sweetie!!:-)
