Washington, Dec 1 (ANI): She may swear by her new gardening guru, but it seems that Oprah Winfrey’s man Jamie Durie has a few skeletons in his closet that he wants to keep firmly locked.
However, unfortunately for Durie, his secret is out, for celeb blog Faded Youth revealed to one and all that the hunky gardener had a pretty successful career going as a stripper in ManPower, Australia's equivalent of Chippendales.
And, it seems that Durie was so good at what he did, that he even became the "Dance-Team Captain" of the troupe, reports TMZ.com.
Durie then left taking off his clothes as a career behind when he got the opportunity to host a home improvement show in Oz called "Backyard Blitz," thanks to his physique and smile, made him extremely popular Down Under.
Now, with Oprah’s help, Durie is looking to do the same in the US. Something that may be well within his sights for thanks to the talk show queen’s exposure interior design guru, Nate Berkus already has a host of bestselling books.
However it seems unlikely that when she recently introduced her gardening guru to her audience saying "You may not have heard of this guy, but wait until you see what he can do", Winfrey was referring to anything but his green thumbs. (ANI)
