London, Nov 26 (ANI): Brad Pitt and partner Angelina Jolie are making sure that they will be welcomed back with open arms in Vietnam if they ever decide to go back.
And the way they are accomplishing this is by not only buying thousands of dollars worth of souvenirs for family and friends back home in the US, but also leaving extremely generous tips at hotels.
A source revealed that the star couple, who were staying at the Park Hyatt hotel during their stay in the tiny country, were insisting that staff not give them the special treatment, and also left generous tips whenever they dined at the hotel’s restaurant.
"They're staying in the Park Hyatt hotel and tipping staff really well. When they had dinner they left a £40 tip on a £130 bill - and they asked not to be given special treatment!" the Mirror quoted the source, as saying.
Brangelina, as the couple has been dubbed by the paparazzi, made a surprise visit to the capital city of Vietnam recently where they were spotted cruising around Ho Chi Minh City on a motorbike.
After their two-wheeled tour of the city, Brangelina dined on the native cuisine at a popular restaurant converted from an old temple.
When asked by a reporter from a local newspaper about navigating the crazy streets of the old Saigon, Pitt replied, "There will be no problem."
The couple visited Vietnam after a stop last week in Cambodia, where their adopted son Maddox was born. (ANI)
