It turns out that Britney was not just painting the town red, in the dubious company of Hilton heiress, when she recently visited the Palms Hotel and Casino in Vegas. According to TMZ she was negotiating a 20-week, $15 million exclusive performance contract with the Maloof brothers, who own the joint and are known to be Britney’s friends..
