London, Oct 18: It seems Heather Mills is determined not to be portrayed as the only "bad guy" in court, for she has made a series of astonishing allegations against her estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney that will mark a new low in the couple’s bitter battle over their divorce.
In the apparently leaked documents that are yet to be lodged by Heather’s divorce lawyers, Sir Paul has been accused of beating up his wife repeatedly, taking drugs, not allowing her to breastfeed their baby - saying they were “his breasts,” and forcing her to cancel an operation because it clashed with his holiday plans.
No comments have arrived from Sir Paul’s camp, but it is believed he has denied the allegations and will contest them.
The shocking claim also said that the ex-Beatle, 64, became “physically violent” and acted in a “vindictive, punitive manner towards” Mills.
Heather has further accused her singer husband of grabbing her by the neck and pushing her over a coffee table” in Los Angeles in November 2002, adding that in May 2003 - while she was four weeks pregnant with their daughter Beatrice - he shoved her into a bath, leaving her shocked and distressed, reports The Sun.
And in August 2005 he choked her after she asked him if he had been smoking cannabis.
Next year in April, just before they announced their split, documents claim that Sir Paul flew into a rage and tipped red wine over her. He then reached to grab Heather’s wine glass, snapping off the stem.
“He lunged at the respondent with the broken sharp stem of the wine glass, which cut and pierced the respondent’s arm just below the elbow, and it began to bleed profusely,” the papers claimed.
Princess Diana’s lawyer Antony Julius has compiled the complaints Heather has made about the former Beatles legend.
While the firm has refused to comment on anything, in a statement they've said they “can confirm that Lady Heather Mills McCartney stands by everything that has been filed on her behalf and intends to prove its truth in due course, should this be necessary”.(ANI)
