Photo Credit: Scott Doctor / Splash NewsNew York, Oct 1: Former ‘Backstreet Boys’ band member Nick Carter was so furious when he heard that then gal pal Paris Hilton was cheating on him, that he decided to get even by hopping into bed with singer Ashlee Simpson.
Carter revealed that he had waited till the Hilton hotel heiress had jetted off for a trip to Australia, and then jumped into bed with Jessica Simpson’s little sister, and made sure that Paris heard all about it from the lady herself.
"I'd fallen head over heels with this chick. Then, all of a sudden, three months go by and I got people telling me, 'Nick, you know what Paris is doing to you,' and I got a little upset. So then I just decided to fight back a little bit and started doing my own thing again. The result is I hooked up with Ashlee Simpson. When Paris came back from Australia, they talked to each other and she found out about it," the New York Post quoted him, as saying.
However, when Carter decided to set things straight between himself and Paris, she insisted that she had never cheated on him.
"So I brought it up to her and said, 'You know what I did, and now it's your turn. Why don't you tell me what you did.' And she goes, 'I never did anything! I never cheated on you.' I had kind of started to really like Ashlee and I was thinking about the dating stage, then, before you know it [bleep]ing bitch-face comes back," he revealed.
The entire episode has left a bitter taste in the mouth for Carter, who is now wondering where all the morals and values have disappeared.
"I got so burnt over that whole Paris [bleep] with all this swinging and switching. Whatever happened to morals and values?" he said.
Carter is currently working on the highly anticipated Backstreet Boys reunion album, half of which is complete. (ANI)
