At the LA premiere of the film Thursday, April 30, she walked the red carpet in a navy blue custom-made Stella McCartney jumpsuit with a bare back halter top.

Her jewelry was eye catching - a long necklace, two rings on each hand, a chunky studded link bracelet on her left arm, a diamond bracelet on the right, and long earrings, that she repeated from the NY premiere of the film.

Gwyenth, 35, who splits her time between New York and England, used to follow a macrobiotic diet. However, she recently admitted to BBC talk show host, Jonathan Ross, that she had relaxed her guard, and started to enjoy the food and beer in London, where she and husband Chris Martin are bringing up their children.
