22 June 2007 (Sawf News) - We so rarely see Mischa in anything lower than her knees, but then again when someone is that skinny and in their twenties, that’s probably a good thing. The O.C. alum has gone on to greener grass since leaving Newport Beach even though I have to say, the show got dull with her character gone. We somehow click on the tube, watch Seth, Summer and Ryan eating chili cheese fries and milkshakes, and expect to see her there with them. But making her exit, she landed on solid ground with this, one of her many cash cows.
Model Mischa graced the shoe section of Lord and Taylor’s flagship store in Manhattan for a Keds meet and greet. The doe-eyed actress spent the day signing customers’ purchases of the iconic footwear label in hip and current styles. Her outfit, while could have been a little less first-day-of-Newport-Beach-kindergarten, clearly didn’t put off the throngs of enthusiastic shoppers. The Barton babe, in this recent photograph dons a lacy white sundress, all the rage this summer, with what else but a pair of slip-on Keds! So a typical short-hemmed Mischa look and some free sneakers, why not. Of course, she will also be able to recycle this dress for costume parties as a fairy princess. Maybe not the best look for a star though cute as hell.
Fresh off her love scenes with actress Olivia Wilde, (Brandon must have been jealous!), Miss Mischa has agreed to another lesbian love affair. On film, that is. Her next project, a movie about two chicks meeting at a t.a.t.u concert (the fake Russian lesbian band) and subsequently being nude, stars Shantel Van Santen. The pretty Van Santen is formerly of NBC’s reality debacle Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search. She was one of the first to go, but apparently has found new prospects. What’s hilarious isn’t that the glam Mischa found work but she moved from one hot lesbian girl to another. Certainly one way of making Hollywood take notice.
