30 Jan 2007 (Sawf News) - On the evening of January 28th, the stars glittered on the red carpet for the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony in Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California. The ceremony is the one where “only actors vote for actors,” and is considered a big indicator of the results for the Academy Awards.
Gowns tended to be on the demure side, bright and colorful or soft and sedate, making for an amazing night. Actresses opted for simple accessories, either a dangling pair of earrings, set of bangles, or both.

Well, not yet. Who could blame us for looking twice at this stylish pair. Longoria is smoking in this steel gray wrap gown from designer Vera Wang and gems from Verdura while fiancé Tony Parker dons a matching gray pinstriped suit. Color us impressed!

Grey’s Anatomy star and SAG award winner Katherine Heigl scorches her competitors in a volcanic burnt orange one-shouldered chiffon and 23 carats of ice from jewelers Ryan Ryan and Company. Now we don’t see many orange gowns on the red carpet, namely because most stars can’t carry it off. But most stars don’t look like former fashion model Heigl. Well done, Kath.
