The Hollaback Girl is Coty’s latest celebrity signing.
Stefani says she has signed a global licensing deal with Coty - the world’s largest fragrance company - to develop and market a line of fragrances for her fashion and accessories brand, L.A.M.B.
"Creating a fragrance is one of the most prestigious things a designer can do," said Stefani. "For me it's like another thing you can wear and another thing I can creatively be a part of," E!Online quoted her, as saying.
"I'm creating it for myself. It's like me shrunken into a box," she added.
The first project - an as-yet-unnamed women’s fragrance - is expected to debut for fall 2007. (ANI)
