The 23rd Miss Hawaiian Tropic® International Pageant was held at the lavish Treasure Island Hotel and Casino Resort in Las Vegas from April 13th through April 17th, 2006. At stake was the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic International and a share in over $100,000.00 in trips, prizes and modeling contracts from Hawaiian Tropic and its national sponsors.
What participants from all over the globe covet most from the Miss Hawaiian Tropic® International Pageant are modeling contracts. It was no surprise, therefore, that the judges get to rest their eyes on not just gorgeous women but also some equally gorgeous designer swimwear.
During the Swimsuit Preliminaries gorgeous women from all over the world tantalized judges with their well-toned bodies wearing dainty high heels, bold stilettos and even outright saucy high leather boots to add to their allure. Breathtaking bodies in low cut bikinis, the picture perfect contestants were a feast for the eyes in sun splashed Las Vegas.
The golden bikini worn by Brandy Leaver, Honolulu Hawaii USA had a flashy and kinky aura about it! Its bikini bottom stood out (Or perhaps didn't?) with its sinuous straps, a deep cut and minimal coverage of the erogenous zone, emphasizing the perfect wineglass curves of the contestant. Clearly, this is not a swimwear for the ordinary women. Not even for the extraordinary one actually. To wear it you need to be a freak that has nothing better to do other than keep her body in perfect shape.

Equally alluring but less kinky was the bikini bottom worn by Rachael Donald, Sydney Australia. Its double string band and a daring fig leaf shape was smoking hot. Once again not for the ordinary women but definitely something that you could acquire if you had an extraordinary figure.

Amber Thompson of St. John Virgin Islands despite having a figure that would have easily carried a bold bikini statement, chose restraint instead in the form of a single piece pastel green monokini with a cut, design and fall that all suggested of grace and allure.

Another monokini, worn by Jessica Slako, was a bold foray into the world of men and cowboys that heightened the contestants feminity rather than eroding it. It was kinkiness alright but one that did not ruffle feathers and simply hinted at possibilities.
