September 26, 2008 (Sawf News) - Womanizer, the first single from Britney's upcoming sixth studio album Circus, will air on radio Friday morning, September 26. It was earlier set to release on Monday, September 22, but was held back because of an undisclosed issue with "the mix."
Britney teamed up with producers Max Martin, Dr. Luke, Danja, Bloodshy and Avant for the single which is produced by Atlanta based The Outsyders.
Britney, 26, filmed the video for the single on Wednesday and Thursday, under the direction of Joseph Khan, who previously directed video clips for her singles Stronger and Toxic.
In the video, Britney plays a skimpily attired waitress with a lot of tattoos, sporting a short black wig and red lipstick. Her dancers wear white dress shirts and skinny ties, with black pants for the gentlemen and leggings for the ladies.
The video reportedly features lots of 'erotic' choreography and shows Britney lying on a kitchen counter making out with a man dressed in a suit.
